There are things women confess to me coaching sessions.
Things they feel sure are evidence they’re uniquely dysfunctional.

Things like:

“I get jealous of other women he follows online and spiral for days.”

“I check his phone when he’s asleep.”

“I use sex to feel loved even when I’m not turned on.”

“I’ve given up on trying to revive our sex life.”

“I feel like I’m too much, or not enough, constantly.”

“I say I want an equal partner, but I don’t know how to let him lead. I micromanage everything.”

“I don’t trust myself to choose the right partner.”

“I know I should have higher standards but I’m scared I’ll end up alone.”

“I am turning into my mother in this relationship and it kills me.”

“I’m scared I won’t ever feel fully met in partnership.”

“I’m scared I’m the problem.”

“I’m afraid if I ask for what I really want, he’ll leave.”

And when they finally say it out loud, I see the same thing in every woman’s eyes:

A deep desire to feel safe. To feel worthy. To feel met.

Here’s what all these confessions have in common– at their core, every woman I work with wants to feel:

  • Confident in her body, voice, and boundaries

  • Capable of navigating emotions without spiraling or self-abandoning

  • Receptive to deeper intimacy and real love

  • Magnetic to a partner who’s emotionally present, self-led, and devoted

She wants devotional partnership.
Even if she’s not sure it’s possible for her.

And I want you to know this: These patterns don’t mean you’re broken.
They mean your relationship programming needs an upgrade.

This is what I teach inside Becoming the Muse and with my 1:1 clients.

This is the work that changed (and continues to change) my life.
And I would be honored to walk beside you as you do the same.

To a world of well-loved, FILLED UP women (go ahead and think dirty),

🫦 Caite
